1. Data controller

2. Email enquiries

When you email us, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, message, email metadata and any attachments. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or manage a business relationship.

The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), performing a contract where applicable (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering genuine enquiries and keeping appropriate business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).

3. Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you actively accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand aggregated usage such as visited pages, approximate location, device and browser type, and session statistics. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

We do not use Google Ads, remarketing, Google Signals, advertising personalisation or embedded YouTube content. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal disables further measurement and removes Roseware’s Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

4. Recipients and service providers

Website hosting, database storage and media delivery are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Google provides Analytics only after consent. Our email service provider processes correspondence sent to info@rosewarekft.hu. These providers receive only the information needed for their service and act under their applicable data-processing terms.

5. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are based on an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another safeguard permitted by Chapter V of the GDPR.

6. Retention

Email enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and manage the resulting business relationship. They are ordinarily deleted within 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless they are needed for an ongoing contract, a legal claim or a statutory retention obligation. Google Analytics cookie durations are listed in the cookie policy; analytics event retention is controlled in Roseware’s GA4 property.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us at info@rosewarekft.hu.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary.

8. Automated decisions

Roseware does not use personal data collected through this website for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
